Thank you for supporting our small handmade business! Each item is made, packaged, and inspected with care. Because our products are handmade and may be made in limited quantities, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Ordering the wrong size or color

  • Accidental purchases

  • Personal preference

  • No longer wanting the item

  • Delayed delivery caused by the shipping carrier

  • Minor variations that naturally occur with handmade products

Please carefully review the product description, photos, measurements, and available options before placing your order.

Handmade Item Variations

Our products are handmade, so each piece may have small differences in appearance. Slight variations in:

  • Color

  • Texture

  • Shape

  • Placement of details

  • Finish

  • Small imperfections

may occur from one item to another.

These natural variations are part of what makes handmade products unique and are not considered defects.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped, it is in the possession of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays, missed delivery estimates, or carrier-related issues.

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around your delivery location and contact the shipping carrier.

Address Changes

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to have the package resent.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if the cancellation request is received before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered production or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
