Returns & Curses

You may return your cursed charms or squishies within 30 days of awakening them.

The 30-day countdown begins the very night your haunted parcel is delivered to your tomb. After the final moon sets, the items are forever bound to your mortal soul.

To break the seal and summon a return, you must clearly state your intentions before the spirits grow restless.

We will refund your mortal currency within 30 days of the haunted artifacts returning to our crypt. Funds will manifest back to your original payment method, and no phantom fees shall be deducted.

Conditions for returns:

To ensure your pumpkin keychains or taba squishies are eligible, ensure:

  • The items were summoned in the last 30 days

  • They remain confined in original packaging

These horrors cannot be returned:

  • Custom-cursed squishies bound specifically to your mortal essence or personalized requests.

  • Items that have been severely mishandled, punctured, or exposed to elements that degrade the taba silicone magic.

  • Squishies unsealed from their protective charms that cannot be returned due to mortal health and hygiene protocols.

  • Any pumpkin keychains or charms that have been irreversibly altered or mixed into your own dark rituals.

We hold the dark right to reject any returned artifact that fails to meet these sacred conditions at our own shadowy discretion.

Returning Goods

You bear the cost and peril of shipping the cursed items back to us. Send your hauntingly wrapped packages to this crypt:

We are not liable for squishies lost to the void during transit. We highly suggest using an insured, trackable raven or courier. We cannot cast a refund spell without the actual receipt of the goods safely back in our gothic sanctuary.

Gifts:

If the macabre trinket was a gift shipped straight to your lair, you will receive a dark credit for its value. Once the haunted product safely returns to our hands, a digital gift certificate will materialize in your inbox.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the summoner had it shipped to themselves first, the refund shall be returned directly to the original purchaser's mortal treasury.
